Cassidy – This guy only got 23 months after a shooting that left a guy named Desmond Hawkins dead. Cassidy was found guilty of charges of murder, attempted murder, conspiracy, weapons possession, aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.
Snoop Dogg – In 1993, Snoop Dogg was arrested and charged with murder. His trial lasted three years where he was cleared of all charges. His bodyguard was instead convicted. So Snoop never actually killed anyone. But there are plenty of conspiracy theories over who really pulled the trigger that night…
C-Murder – Well, with a name like that… C-Murder got ten years for shooting dead the owner of a Baton Rogue nightclub after he refused the rapper entry.
Gucci Mane – real name Radric Davis – this guy is as famous for his murder rap as he is his music. ‘Free Gucci’ t-shirts were all the rage in the hip-hop community for a time after his conviction for self-defense. Gucci shot and killed Pookie Loc, trusted best friend of Gucci’s sworn enemy, Young Jeezy. But only after Jeezy and a crew of four other man had stormed Gucci’s Atlanta mansion. Where he was waiting for them with loaded weapons…
Big Lurch – This is the most shocking, cold-blooded and all-round f*cked up of the murders on this list. By far. He’s currently serving a life sentence for the murder of his roommate, Tynisha Ysais. While high on PCP, Lurch slashed her open, removed her lungs and even ate part of her face. Stay off drugs, kids.
