Back in July of last year, 50 Cent declared bankruptcy. He claims that a spate of lawsuits had robbed him of all his money. But now the courts are questioning the authenticity of his claims. Fiddy has recently posted quite a few photographs on Instagram of him posing with lots of cash. In one of them, he’s surrounded by stacks of $100 bills. There must be easily $50,000 in the picture…
“There’s a purpose of having a bankruptcy process be transparent, and part of that purpose is to inspire confidence in the process,” the judge said in the matter, adding that bankruptcy court is a place where “an honest but unfortunate debtor can come into court and seek relief. When that process becomes very public, the need for transparency, I believe, is even higher.”
Basically, she thinks 50 Cent has been hiding assets and money. And she perhaps has a point… After all, here’s that most recent post on Instagram:
