Royal Palm Beach, Florida. 23 year-old Joshua James has just been arrested by US Marshalls for a most bizarre crime. One night last October he pulled up to the Drive-Thru window of a Wendy’s and placed his order. After the server handed over his drink, she turned around to get his food. James then reached into the back of his vehicle and threw a 3 and a half foot ALLIGATOR through the drive-thru window…
Quite why James thought it’d be a good idea to chuck a gator into a fast food restaurant has not yet been established. But the caper’s proved costly to him. He’s charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, possessing and capturing an alligator, illegally killing the alligator and second degree larceny petit theft.
