In this shocking footage filmed in a New York branch of Panera Bread Cafe, a female employee who told her manager she wanted to quit her job midway through her shift finds herself on the receiving end of some very unorthodox management treatment. According to the anonymous customer who posted the video to Gawker, the manager ‘legit threw her down a flight of stairs and out the front door for really no reason. She runs around to the other entrance to retaliate and that’s where the video starts. You might wanna say she hit him first, but really he had FULL CONTROL over her the entire time, was throwing her around.’ That ‘throwing around’ soon escalated, as you’ll see.
This video shows an unbelievable lack of self-control on the part of the manager. Amazingly, after this footage emerged, police said they were not pressing charges against the guy. Even more amazingly, they asked this manager of the year if he wanted to press charges against the girl!
