It looks like it’s all over for the Brazilian Olympic women’s synchronized diving team (we know, we know – this is seriously bad news for all of us…). The two athletes won’t be competing together again in competitions, but not due to retirement or injury. The pair have had a HUGE falling out after a row over s*x.
What’s going on? Well, 20 year-old Ingrid Oliveira and her 17 year-old team-mate Giovanna Pedrosa had a massive row after the former booted the latter out of the hotel room they were sharing the NIGHT BEFORE their final. In order to get it on with a fellow Olympian.
That’s right, Oliveira fancy a little late night loving from Brazilian canoeist Pedro Goncalves. But instead of a late night tryst in reception or outside, the older diver booted out her partner and it all got crazy. Pedrosa has now refused to work with her former partner. Why? They finished dead last the next day.
After the unpleasant exchange, Pedrosa got p*ssed, angrily telling the world’s media: “I have been waiting for four years to be present at the Olympics and for her it was better to have fun and therefore threw me out of the room”.
