This weekend saw Bellator 170. The main fight? Tito Ortiz Vs. Chael Sonnen. Yeah, because it’s the nineties. Still, this was to be Ortiz’s final professional fight. He even turned 42 on the day of the fight. And the result. Comprehensive… A victory in just ninety seconds…
The winner? The birthday boy. Sonnen was sloppy in the minute and a half he was in the ring. And, to be honest, Ortiz wasn’t much better. But thee had to be a winner and it was the bald-headed figure of Tito, the MMA legend. He had his opponent tapping out in the second minute.
The Forum in Inglewood, California, was home to a bit of a clash of the veterans, to be honest. Sonnen’s no spring chicken himself at forty.
Things were a little testy before the fight too…
