Boston, Massachusetts. An ugly scene erupts on a street corner between local youths and the police after some insults are traded. Tempers flare on both sides and arrests are made amidst accusations of police harassment from one side and anti-social behavior from the other.
One of the young neighborhood men can be heard in the video repeatedly screaming obscenities like, “f**k the police, n*gga!” It seems to be these comments that make the police snap and begin making arrests.
At one rather disturbing point though, it appears as if the arresting officer is choking the suspect. He certainly has his hands around his throat. Could it just be a restraining technique…? Watch for yourself and decide what’s happening here:
