People who let their dog crap on the sidewalk and then don’t pick up after them. They’ll be first against the wall come the revolution. Picking up after your dog comes with the responsibility of owning one. It is just as much a part of pet ownership as feeding. Frankly, if you don’t do it, you shouldn’t be a dog owner.
Now, we don’t speak Russian, but we presume that in the following video the posh looking woman in the flash car has failed to pick up after her silly looking toy dog. And the blonde passer-by is FURIOUS! The pair have a pretty heated exchange, and when the woman refuses to get out of the car and collect her dog’s poop, the passer-by takes revenge in the most brutal way possible!
