It’s your wedding day. You and your other half have had the nuptials and you’re outside posing for the snaps that will go into your treasured wedding album, to be looked at for the rest of your lives. Suddenly the photographer pulls a face. You’ve got a photobomber. Weird. You turn to see who it is. Damn! It’s Forrest Gump!
Seems life really is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you’re gonna get. And for New York couple Elisabeth and Ryan, they got none other than Tom Hanks turning up at their wedding. And the Big actor was, as ever, down to earth and cool. He met everyone, posed for photographs and just generally acted like a dude.
The wedding photographer working, Meg Miller, says this about it all: “I had the couple pose near the reservoir. He just walked up to us and took off his hat and glasses and said, “Hi, I’m Tom Hanks.”‘ It was pretty amazing that he stopped. He asked their names. He easily could have just run past.”
He really does seem like a chilled guy, doesn’t he?
