BIG News For Breaking Bad Fans: Bryan Cranston Might Return As Walter White…

If you’ve got any taste, you’ll have seen – and loved – all of Vince Gilligan’s epic crime drama Breaking Bad. The story of Bryan Cranston‘s Walter White turning from meek schoolteacher to feared drug kingpin is epic television. And ‘Heisenberg’ could be in line for a return. Well, sort of.

There have been rumors about Cranston appearing as White in the Breaking Bad prequel Better Call Saul for a while, but it’s yet to happen in the first two series. Obviously White would be his old self in it. And in a recent interview with Rich Eisen, the actor has shown he could be up for it.

“I owe Vince Gilligan so much. He was my champion to get this role. I was the guy coming off Malcolm in the Middle. If they were to call me and say, ‘We have this idea, we’d like… ,’ I would say, ‘Yes, you don’t have to finish the pitch. I’m there, what do you want me to do?’”

“I know how careful they are and proprietary they are with those characters and those storylines, and it wouldn’t be something, ‘Oh, isn’t that kind of a stunt casting kind of thing.’ It would be something kind of unique and obscure and creative, and I’m all in.”
