When you look at Roy Nelson, you wouldn’t think he was an MMA fighter. Let alone the 12th best Heavyweight in the world and a bit of a UFC legend. He’s short, fat and not particularly intimidating looking. But ‘Big Country’ is a surprisingly agile and powerful fighter. What he lacks in physical appearance, he more than makes up for in technique and, weirdly, fitness.

If you’re an avid UFC fan, or you watch The Ultimate Fighter, you’ll know Nelson. He won series 10 of the show, after all. But if you’re not familiar with the man, you’re in for a real treat here!
