Cop Who Tasered Elderly Man For Expired Sticker Under Investigation

Victoria, Texas. Police Officer Nathaniel Robinson is under investigation by his employers after a routine traffic stop turned ugly and he ‘may or may not’ have used excessive force on a small-framed 76 year-old. Senior Pete Vasquez was pulled over by Officer Robinson after the cop saw an expired inspection sticker on his car. Robinson deemed the old timer as unco-operative and began to use force with him. the incident ends with the elderly man being TASERED.

Eyewitness Larry Urich says this about it: “I told the officer, ‘What in the hell are you doing? This gentleman is old. The cop told me to stand back, but I didn’t shut up. I told him he was a goddamn Nazi Stormtrooper.”

“I feel like my rights were violated. The police department is supposed to train their police officers to be more conscientious and use common sense. I don’t think he had any.” That’s what Vasquez says of it.

Victoria Police Chief J.J. Craig has since apologized to Mr. Vasquez for the incident on the department’s behalf. The investigation continues.
