Some people call him ‘The Cajun John Wayne’. Others prefer ‘America’s Toughest Cop’. To his unit, he’s ‘Captain Higgins‘. To his wife, just ‘Clay’. But whatever you call him, you gotta respect him. Only he does NOT mess about. As proven in this hood video he’s just shot that’s going viral. In it, he calls out a feared local gang known as ‘The Gremlins’ – showing off serious man and firepower in the process.
Capt. Higgins made the hype video to get local people to cooperate with them to assist in getting the gang off the streets and into jail. He says he wants people to ‘Come forward with information about these heathens that have terrorized your community’, saying that all American ‘patriots’ must stand up for what’s right.
“If you raise your weapon to a man like me, we’ll return fire with superior fire. I’ll meet you on solid ground anytime, anywhere, light or heavy, makes no difference to me. You won’t walk away!”
Higgins is at pains to point out that the war against the Gremlins isn’t a race issue. He says: “Take a close look behind me. Standing next to every cop is a leader of our black community. This is not about race. This about right versus wrong!”
